Training term 3: will resume in week one on Monday July 20th at GFB Palmerston only (no Cas as Grant and Jamie are still away) Monday to Thursday afternoons normal times.
Friday afternoon and Saturday morning will be at Casuarina pool. For the Cyclones only. Week 2 will see coaching at both venues with am training resuming as well , days and times will be announced closer to the date.
